Middleby (NASDAQ: MIDD) announced today the retirement of Chief Risk and Administration Officer Martin M. Lindsay and the appointment of two company officers. Brittany Cerwin was named Chief Accounting Officer and Matthew Fuchsen was named Chief Development Officer of the company.

Marlowe Parker has been promoted to President of Deutsche Beverage Technologies based in Charlotte, N.C. The company, part of the Middleby Beverage Group, designs and manufactures brewery and other sanitary process equipment.

Matt Wise has been promoted to President of Imperial Range. In this role he will lead brand strategy and oversee the day-to-day activities of sales, engineering, accounting and operations at the Corona, Calif. facility. Matt succeeds longtime Imperial CEO Peter Spenuzza who retired at the end of 2021.

Jay Fiske has been promoted to President of Powerhouse Dynamics, based in Newton, Mass. In this position he will lead all strategic and day-to-day company operations. Powerhouse Dynamics provides Internet of Things (IoT) solutions to leading restaurant, foodservice, and retail outlets, delivering real-time control, automation, and analytics to operators.

Jaime Nau has been promoted to President of Middleby Global & Strategic Accounts. In this position Jaime will oversee the Middleby national account teams that work with global restaurant chains, convenience stores, retail outlets, government programs and other strategic accounts.

Middleby Food Processing today announced the appointment of Tom Betley to President of Alkar, Inc. Mr. Betley will be responsible for day-to-day operations, engineering, sales, and marketing. He succeeds Tim Moskal who will be retiring.
