Middleby Bakery Names Rick Rodarte as President of Stewart Systems

The Middleby Bakery has appointed Rick Rodarte President of Stewart Systems, a leading innovator in bakery equipment solutions. This promotion emphasizes Middleby’s commitment to strengthening its Industrial Bakery Group and advancing the technological edge in the industry.

Rick Rodarte, who has been an integral part of Stewart Systems for 23 years, previously served as Vice President of Operations. His extensive experience with Stewart Systems includes roles such as Vice President of Engineering and Director of Product Management and Engineering. As President, Rick states his goal is, “to focus on expansion of bakery equipment offerings and to increase sales volume, manufacturing efficiencies and overall output for our organization.”

Under Rick’s leadership, Stewart Systems has continued to set industry benchmarks with innovations developed on a foundation of long experience in the industry, like the Wave 200 Bread Make-Up model that offers a cutting capacity of at least 125 cuts per minute and features positive displacement technology for accurate weight generation.
