Evo, Inc. announced that Dennis Francis was recently promoted to Vice President Sales & Middleby Ventless Solutions – Foodservice Accounts. In his new position, Francis is responsible for accelerating market growth for Evo brand ventless griddles and display cooking equipment. In addition, he will be building strong and lasting relationships with foodservice accounts for Middleby ventless brands.

Most recently, Francis was Director of Sales at Evo, Inc., acquired by The Middleby Corporation in December 2018. He holds a Bachelor of Science at Washington and Lee University.

Francis reports to Scott Heim, President of Evo, Inc & Middleby Ventless Solutions. Evo display cooking equipment is successfully being used by leading foodservice chains as well as restaurants, supermarkets, hotels & resorts, sports arenas, universities, and corporate cafeterias to prepare and present innovative food concepts with an emphasis on freshness and sustainability.
