Brody Connolly was promoted to Executive Vice President of Middleby Residential, expanding his responsibilities to help oversee all Middleby Residential brands. Previously, Brody led all activities for the outdoor cooking brands Masterbuilt, Kamado Joe and Char-Griller.

Cara Finger has been named President of Middleby Outdoor, succeeding Brody in this role. She is responsible for overseeing all business activities and the strategic direction of the group.

Vlad Salazar will join Middleby Residential as Executive Director of Operational Projects. He will oversee transformational projects in the areas of Production and Warehousing in the overall group.
