Mr. Shave will be responsible for leading and directing the overall business strategy and sales efforts of the brands while Ms. Coldwell will oversee the day-to-day operations in Elgin including manufacturing, operations, and accounting.

David Shave is originally from the UK where he entered the foodservice industry as a chef. He joined TurboChef UK in 1997 and relocated to the Dallas area headquarters in 2001. He has held many senior sales positions within the company, most recently as SVP of Global Sales and Distribution, where he was responsible for activities in more than 100 countries. Mr. Shave has had much success in developing sales strategies and driving growth within the Middleby global footprint. Over the past couple of years his focus expanded to include Middleby Marshall and CTX in his worldwide sales activities, an area where he sees much potential.

Andrea Coldwell has been named General Manager of Middleby Marshall, promoted from Interim GM overseeing the brands Middleby Marshall and CTX. She joined the team as controller in 2023, and her financial acumen and operational experience was an immediate asset to the Elgin operations. Before joining Middleby, Ms. Coldwell held many operational accounting roles within various manufacturing companies. Most recently she was Senior Operations Controlling Manager at Mizkan, overseeing 14 manufacturing sites.
