Dominic Worsley Named UK Group Managing Director for Middleby Residential

Middleby Residential has named Dominic Worsley UK Group Managing Director. In this role he will lead the AGA Rangemaster Group in the UK as well as the distribution of Middleby Residential brands in the UK. That portfolio in the UK includes AGA, Rangemaster, Rayburn, Leisure Sinks, La Cornue, NOVY and Josper.
“Dominic brings a wealth of experience from various industries to Middleby, having a proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives and sales growth,” said Najib Maalouf, President of Middleby Residential. “Dominic has an expertise in the luxury brand market and is well-known in our industry. He is looking forward to further energizing our brand portfolio, and his knowledgeable perspective will be invaluable for our highly respected European brands.”
Mr. Worsley joins Middleby Residential from Nottinghamshire-based kitchen appliances brand CDA, where his leadership over the past two years helped drive significant market share growth. He was also a senior leader at residential brand Miele and was the first non-German to serve as the Miele
global marketing director. While overseeing the Miele UK marketing and retail sales teams his efforts redefined the Miele premium experience and contributed to expanding market share.
