Deliver breakfast waffles and pancakes with higher sugar content using the pre-programmed “Breakfast” group, with a low heat setting of 482°F TurboAir and 536°F ContactBase. The ContactBase perfectly finishes the underside of the waffles and pancakes.

At lunchtime, switch to the pre-programmed “Lunch” group at 518°F TurboAir and 626°F ContactBase to deliver perfectly toasted, hot subs, grilled sandwiches, and bagels.

Placing food directly on the ContactBase also delivers perfect coloration and a seared base on items like crab cakes and roasted vegetables.

TurboAir Technology

TurboAir distributes high-speed airflow at 4 meters per second in a cylindrical pattern over the food. This reduces the need to turn the product during cooking and ensuring fast, even coloring.
