It’s a one-stop destination for hands-on learning with the extensive Middleby line of beverage, cooking, frying and ventless, located only 15 minutes from Madrid Airport. The beautiful 500 square meter space showcases more than two dozen Middleby brands in seven concepts.
Munich, Germany
The MIK Germany debuted in 2025 with 550 square meters of innovation, featuring more than 100 Middleby brand solutions, including Josper, Lincat and TurboChef. The Middleby Commercial Showroom in Shanghai, China, integrates Chinese and European cooking equipment, QSR equipment, coffee and frozen dessert solutions, representing more than 20 brands. It serves as a collaborative space for research and development, product testing, demonstrations, and training. As a key link between the Chinese market and Middleby innovation, it supports the co-creation of future foodservice solutions, located near Shanghai Hongqiao Airport.
