Now, our revolutionary program expands into its next chapter: SERVED, Middleby’s newest hands-on culinary experience launching in 2024!
Guests will be invited to enjoy an educational and dynamic approach to food service solutions. Each program is led by several Keynote Speakers who present state-of-the-art food service solutions used to create each course in this delicious event. Guests join us for the program of their choice based on the advanced solutions they want to learn – and we provide them with a masterclass culinary experience that only Middleby can provide.

With more than 150 pieces of live equipment across 15 vignettes, SERVED’s 40,000-square-foot facility is a culinary world wonder where you can taste, smell, see, and feel the evolution of food science under the guidance of Certified Master Chef Russell Scott. Through a series of live demonstrations and open discussions, guests experience first-hand the forward-thinking innovation of Middleby’s commercial kitchen, beverage, and automation solutions.
The MIK is located just 15 minutes from DFW Airport, making it an easily accessible destination for travelers. Schedule a demonstration within your preferred vignette or secure our state-of-the-art training room to hone your culinary skills, then finish the day in our 70-person dining room experiencing our custom menu.
