Phil Mauter Named President, QualServ North America

In this role, Mauter will lead the QualServ North American strategy and oversee the day-to-day operations of all business functions including finance, engineering, sales and manufacturing. His focus will be on driving operational performance, elevating the customer experience, and scaling the company’s solutions and services platform. Mauter will align his teams around consistency, responsiveness and long-term, sustainable growth.

Since joining the company in 2021 as Vice President of Operations, Mauter has led key initiatives to enhance operational execution and elevate the customer delivery. After being named General Manager in early 2025, he expanded his leadership across the business — successfully driving operational performance while building a dedicated team and a values-based culture.

A Chicago-area native shaped by living across the U.S. and abroad, Mauter has more than 30 years of operations leadership and global supply chain experience. His background includes serving in executive roles within both major commercial and privately held enterprises, aligning closely with the QualServ focus on scalable execution and customer delivery.
