CHEF DANNY
Danny’s experience has taken him all over the South Eastern United States, and has been primarily in private country clubs. He likes to focus on a specific style of cuisine, “Country Club Casual” or “Country Club Progressive.” This unintimidating, relatable approach to food can be casually enjoyed in all environments. His experience has allowed him to be successful in a 2000 person outdoor buffet as well as an intimate multi-course wine dinner for 12. Danny enjoys competitions, seminars, and reading cookbooks to stay on trend with flavors and techniques. Outside the kitchen, Danny enjoys fostering relationships with local farmers to provide the best produce and products that Georgia has to offer.
