Rob Schwalm
Rob has more than five years of experience in the culinary field. In addition to receiving his culinary degree, Rob has previously worked as a chef at various upscale restaurants in the western New York area.
Lily Wiederhold
Lily has been in the hospitality industry for 10 years. After graduating from culinary school in Denver, Lily worked as a culinary instructor and has previously worked in restaurants, hotels and catering. Lily will be working with both our East Rochester and Pittsburgh offices to bring our customers new and exciting ways to utilize our extensive suite kitchen equipment.
