Middleby, a global leader in commercial foodservice solutions, today announced an expansion of its partnership with Ronald McDonald House Global. Under an updated agreement, Middleby will provide cooking, warming and ice equipment to a greater number of Ronald McDonald House programs throughout the U.S.

“We are proud to increase our level of support with a goal of installing more Middleby brand solutions into a greater number of Ronald McDonald House programs. Ronald McDonald House is deeply respected and highly recognized worldwide for providing caring resources to families who are with their ill or injured children,” said Tim FitzGerald, Middleby CEO. “Feeding people is the heart of our Middleby Cares program, and we believe food brings comfort during a challenging time, such as those faced by families at Ronald McDonald House. With Middleby as a partner, we believe Ronald McDonald House will be better equipped to support families with warm meals and prepared, to-go food options.”

Middleby renewed its commitment to Ronald McDonald House through 2029 to provide in-kind donations of commercial equipment for on-site use in kitchens and throughout their facilities. The items will be chosen by Ronald McDonald House Chapters in the U.S. to fit their specific needs for staff use or guest meal self-preparation. Middleby will also install and train staff on the use of their new equipment.

“Families staying at Ronald McDonald House are often navigating some of the most difficult moments of their lives, and access to warm meals and welcoming kitchen spaces can bring a meaningful sense of comfort and normalcy,” said Lauren Biedron, Chief Philanthropy Officer, Ronald McDonald House Global. “We are grateful for Middleby’s expanded commitment, which will help more Ronald McDonald House programs across the U.S. strengthen their capacity to care for families through reliable, high-quality kitchen equipment tailored to their local needs.”
