Ryan Norman Re-Joins Middleby as Vice President of Consultant Services

To optimize support for the channel, the Middleby Consultant Services team will now report directly to Will Means, who also oversees Dealer Buying Group relationships. This strategic realignment unifies key channel operations, reducing operational friction and enhancing the overall Middleby go-to-market execution.

Norman will be supported by the established Middleby team of Hannah Guy, Madison Fitzgerald, and Oliver Eaglen. Prior to this role and re-joining Middleby, he served as the Director of Consultant Services.

With more than three decades of industry experience, Ryan’s passion for food extends well beyond his career; he is a dedicated culinary enthusiast who loves exploring new flavors. When he isn’t working, Ryan and his wife enjoy travelling and immerse themselves in diverse cultures. His favorite pastimes include golfing, fishing, watching F1 racing, enjoying a good bourbon, and spending quality time with their four dogs.
