Team Middleby Visits Cafe Momentum Dallas

Recently, many members of Team Middleby were in Dallas for the Women’s Foodservice Forum. During their visit, they had the opportunity to dine at Cafe Momentum Dallas, a restaurant with a unique mission. The team was warmly welcomed by the founder, Chef Chad Houser, who shared the inspirational story behind the organization. Cafe Momentum is more than just a restaurant; it is a place where young people who have been through the juvenile justice system can learn important life skills and gain work experience.
