Michael Potter Named Middleby Group President

Michael Potter has been named Middleby Group President, assuming responsibility for Middleby Latin America which includes Mexico, Central America, The Caribbean, and South America in his new role. He will continue his current leadership of QualServ North America and QualServ Europe.
“Michael has proven to be a strategic, motivating and effective leader. He has a track record for successfully executing on strategic initiatives, which has resulted greater opportunities for QualServ in both the U.S. and Europe,” said Steve Spittle, Chief Commercial Officer. “His efforts have strengthened
the Middleby reputation for fabrication excellence, worldwide. With his deep knowledge in international business and experience in Middleby operations, I am confident he will thrive in his new role.”
In addition to leading QualServ operations, Michael has been the point person for the Middleby and World Central Kitchen relationship. He has been integral in delivering many field-equipped vehicles to the organization, ready for immediate service to those in need worldwide.
Michael joined QualServ in 2018 and since then has consistently taken on greater responsibilities and leadership roles within Middleby. His decades of business and manufacturing experience have been an invaluable resource to his colleagues and customers. Prior to joining Middleby he brought more than 30 years of leadership experience in a variety of business and manufacturing arenas.
