Wiesiek Król Named President of QualServ Europe

“Wiesiek has proven himself to be a motivating, effective leader with deep industry knowledge and long-standing relationships. He helped build the Follett Poland facility more than 20 years ago and his dedication to his team and product quality is unmatched,” said Michael Potter, Group President. “Under Wiesiek’s leadership, QualServ seamlessly expanded operations in Poland while the team received many supplier of the year recognitions from top Middleby customers. I’m confident that Wiesiek will excel in his new role, with his trademark can-do attitude and infectious positive mindset.”

Most recently Wiesiek was General Manager of QualServ-Follett Poland. Prior to taking that role in 2017 he was Director of Operations for the facility which opened in 2005 as Follett Poland. He joined Follett in June 2004 as a manager and was charged with overseeing the construction of the new Gdansk facility from the ground up. Wiesiek has been in the foodservice manufacturing industry since 1997, working in various management and supervisory positions.

Wiesiek has also been integral to the Middleby global efforts with World Central Kitchen, fitting their units with commercial cooking equipment and becoming a trusted partner to WCK leadership in the region. Wiesiek has been married for 20 years to his wife Ania and they have two children Aleksander and Stanislaw. He enjoys classical music, nature and traveling.
