Chris Jones, Group Managing Director of Lincat, IMC and Britannia, will embark on a new role today as he also takes charge of the Commercial Foodservice arm of Middleby UK.
It’s been a fantastic year at the helm of Lincat, FriFri, IMC and Britannia, the four brands are now successfully working together under one leadership team. As a result customers now have access to a wider portfolio of products and services.
A key part of the plan moving forward is to develop a stronger synergy across the Middleby brands enabling us to offer a more accessible one-stop solution so we can together meet all kitchen and back bar needs.

Middleby UK based in Warrington, is part of the USA-based Middleby Corporation. Middleby UK represents a portfolio of brands such as Pitco, Houno, Carter Hoffman, PerfectFry, Concordia and TurboChef in the UK.
Based in Lincoln in the UK, Lincat manufactures products for cooking, holding and food display, which are supplied to commercial kitchens of every kind across the globe. Products are sold in the UK and in over 50 countries worldwide through a comprehensive network of distributors.
Based in Wrexham in the UK, Imperial Machine Company (IMC) has been engineering catering solutions for more than 110 years. The business designs, manufactures and supports bar and refrigeration systems, waste management systems and vegetable preparation equipment.
Britannia Kitchen Ventilation is also based in Wrexham in the UK. The company has specialised in the design and production of commercial kitchen ventilation systems, of the highest quality at affordable prices, since 1995.
Middleby UK is based in Wigan. The company has been distributing foodservice equipment since 1994, initially operating under Frialator. It was acquired by Middleby in 2001.
