Ray Williams Named Division President= of Jade Range

ELGIN= , Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE) -- May 30, 2007 --= The Middleby Corporation (NASDAQ:MIDD) today announced that it has named Ray W= illiams as Division President of = Jade Range. Ray Williams has been with Middleb= y since 1999 and most recently held the position of Vice President of Engineering at the Southbend Division. Prior= to joining Middleby, Ray held various management and engineering positions with Whirlpool and General Electric. Jade Range is a leading manufacturer of premium ranges and custom cooking equipment for the commercial restaurant industry. Jade Range also manufactures ranges, ov= ens and cooktops for the residential market.
