Middleby Marshall Receives Partner Award for 2002

Domino’s Pizza has named Middleby Marshall the winner of its prestigious Partner Award for 2002. The award was presented at Domino’s annual supplier meeting on May 5, 2003.

Domino’s “ESP” program (“Excellence through Supplier Partnerships”) is a supply chain management strategy that develops relationships though a “360 Degree” performance evaluation process that promotes communication and continuous improvement between Domino’s and suppliers.

Middleby Marshall supplies conveyor ovens to Domino’s stores around the world, and has been recognized as Domino’s Supplier of the Year in 1986, 1991 and 1996.  In 2002, over one million pizzas were baked daily in Middleby Marshall ovens in Domino’s stores around the world.
