Middleby Corporation Donates $100,000 in Equipment to the Red Cross

 

Elgin, Ill. (October 7, 2005)—The Middleby Corpo= ration announced it has donated $100,000 in equipment to the Red Cross to assist w= ith Hurricane Katrina relief efforts.  The Blodgett ovens that were donated are currently in use by the Red Cross to provide hot meals to those in need.

 

In addition to the $100,000 commitment, Middleby has a= lso offered the assistance of its corporate trailer, which contains live cooking equipment, to provide mobile services and meals.
